Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is anyone in Wexford playing rock these days?

    I'm interested in starting a heavy(ish), melodic rock band based out of Wexford (I'm in town). I'm a guitarist with plenty of band and gigging experience, and am a sound engineer myself so I suppose I'm somewhat handy to have around a band.

    The problem is, I don't know of any rock bands playing originals around Wexford at the moment. A few years ago there were a good few, but at the moment it's all singer/songwriters etc in the scene, so I wouldn't even know where to begin to look for musicians!

    Anyone out there interested?

    I'd be looking to do something along the lines of this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EG7kU5J9oUQ and this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LEwNaadaGZY (the last one is a band I used to play bass with)

    Basically it'd involve original tunes with heavy riffs and melodic vocals

    Hello there i'm a lead guitarist i do a lot of originals i have plenty of originals with heavy riffs, looking to start something myself i'm based in arklow with an excellent place to practice, but i have transport so can travel too, how does that sound to you??
