Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Graduating from look Easy pedals

    Looking for some guidance please.

New to road cycling and went with look easy pedals to start with.
Finding them a bit too floaty now that I am over the initial fear of snotting myself at a set of lights and with look easy's there's no float adjustment.

Any recommended path for graduation to the next level ?

    Cheers :)

its the cleat that decides the amount of "float" not the pedal.

what colour are your current cleats?

You mean there's no allen key tension adjuster on the pedal OP?
I find the Look Keo 2 Max Carbon's to be very good.
Nice wide platform and easier to engage/disengage than the Look Easy.

Current ones are grey so the mid level float.

Correct - Look Keo easys have no adjustment at all. I just find them a little sloppy for want of a better description

I tried the Easys at first because I thought they'd be er..."easy" to use.
I didn't like them at all, the keo max 2 is much better.
I'm on grey cleats as well btw.
