Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

SmackDown Spoilers 07/08/2015

05-08-2015 6:21am#1* SmackDown opens with a Roddy Piper tribute.
* Roman Reigns vs. Rusev was announced for later tonight.
* Reigns kicked off SmackDown in the ring with a promo on Bray Wyatt. Rusev interrupted and warned Reigns about their match later tonight.
* Mark Henry and The Prime Time Players defeated The New Day in a six-man match.
* Charlotte vs. Naomi was restarted as a tag team match due to interference.
* Sasha Banks and Naomi defeated Charlotte and Becky Lynch.
* Stardust defeated Zack Ryder.
* Roman Reigns defeated Rusev in the main event.
Both Main Event and Smackdown look very short. I guess there's lots of Summerslam/Raw hype and recap videos. Also they may have given the rest of the roster a head start on getting to Australia.
The biggest news for me is can you guess?
The Submission Sorority losing but fear not as shockingly Naomi pinned Charlotte NOT Becky. :eek:
So this means that Becky is the only one who hasn't been pinned or submitted among her team yet. I guess they are keeping Becky for Nikki to beat.0

Good to see she wasn’t pinned, but I’m guessing she will soon pick up a pin loss as you predicted to keep with WWEs even steven booking mentality.
A loss wouldn’t hurt her too much at this stage with nearly everyone else being pinned or tapping out too (IIRC Sasha is the only other girl not to taste a pinfall or a submission loss in recent weeks)
While its far from the revolution they are calling it, its improved the diva’s division greatly from what it was in the weeks before the NXT debuts.
Still wish Tamina would just feck off though.0 -

New Day are so entertaining they elevate every show they are on.
Becky yelling "Whata bout ya" and "Do you want your go" at Team Bad on Smackdown. You can take the girl out of Dublin but you can't take the Dublin out of the girl. Noticed Charlotte an Becky where both wearing Bayley bands before the match which was cool. Besides the botch at the end discussed in the Becky thread it was a really good match by main roster standards and the crowd were into it.
Rusev/Reigns is kind of that you would expect. Lots of rest holds in the middle. But like Raw the ending was really exciting though.
