Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

We're heading to Wexford this weekend just for the Saturday night.

Any good bars or is the list above still up to date? -we're particularly looking for any late bar or club that plays good house music? All suggestions welcome!:)

Its most certainly out of date (4 years ago). Like most small towns with a gazillion pubs in a recession, some have gone or changed. From the ones mentioned earlier in this thread.

Heffernans is gone afaik. The Crescent is also gone. South 51 too. Laffans is now called The Mocking Monk.

There is 2 nightclubs. One for kids called Metropolis (not sure that is still open ?). The other is The Stores who play a variety of music (including mainstream dance). Avicii wont be jocking though.

The Stores doesnt liven up until about 11ish. Pre that you normally have a DJ on in T-Morris on Friday and Saturday nights.

Other than that without the house music other good bars for a pint are The Loch & Quay, Maggie Mays, Undertakers and Sky & the Ground.

    Heffos is still going strong.

Re the Stores, they have three floors in the nightclub all with different genres of music from normal pop to dance to older hits.

Culletons in Whitemill would be about a 10 minute walk. I doubt you would be able to park up any nearer to the ground anyway
