Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

My son, who is 12, wants to get a gaming PC for christmas. He already has a PS3 and uses our old desktop for mostly minecraft and an old flight sim.

My first instinct was to just get a new desktop PC and thought that might do but have since been leaning towards a decent gaming PC. the reason is that he has just started secondary school and has an interest in computers/graphics etc and could perhaps get a good interest in it. He doesn't currently play a lot of games, other than minecraft and perhaps flight sim or similar but this may change as he gets more into it.

Also, the PC should be relatively 'future proof' for a few years at leat.

As I have no knowledge of PCs and what's good or bad I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I have already looked at online stores such as currys etc but am none the wiser.

Would be looking at something with a monitor and windows and probably a budget of 500 to 600 euro.
