    Hey self studying for this and just wondering if anyone can help with possible hints as to whats likely to come up! 3rd time lucky!

    well the smart arse hint would be to cover the syllabus.....

    but at a stretch i'd say project management is a strong possibility

    and learn all the main models and matrices and how to apply them to case studies, use common sense and structure your answers clearly.

    i should point out though that i'm only sitting P3 for the first time in June so i haven't passed it myself yet.

    Shane O'Grady did quite a good document on areas of focus for the Dec 2013 exam.
    I tried my best to cover all of it but had 2 other exams so P3 fell by the wayside a bit for me last time.
    Anyone studying with Independent Colleges for June 2014 want to share that with us?!

    The opentuition.com tips are as follows:

    -PESTEL/SWOT/5-Forces ---> Evaluation of a Strategy (acceptability, feasability, suitability)
    -Activity Based Costing: Contribution Analysis
    -Project Management: Project Gateways, Project Initiation Document
    -Process Change Management: Balogun & Hope-Hailey
    -Human Resources and Culture

    Not very extensive but a start anyway.
