Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone know current prices for foundations 160 m2 (1800 sq ft) bungalow. Just a rough estimate, we got one quotation for around € 20 000 and one for € 30 000 why the quotations are so far a part.

Did you provide the bidders with structural drawings/spec & pop up locations with foundation/ rising wall details?

What exactly did you ask to be priced?
