Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Quick query. Got a car tyre puncture last week. Brought wheel/tyre into tyre repair shop. The guy there checked it out. Rim of steel wheel was bent on a section and therefore air leaking out of tyre. The guy suggested that I get a new second hand steel wheel from a scrap yard. Just wondering if there might be any garages…

I'd even try to straighten it out myself.

BUT...

Considering safety thing and the fact that second hand steelie would cost you a tenner from breakers, I'd rather dump it and get another.

If it's just a steel wheel get another from a breakers or some tyre place. They usually sell them for next to nothing.
