Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    OP Thanks very much - I'm sure this will save people a load of cash and I hope your thoughtfulness is appreciated...

    That said I have to say I'm really starting to hate Legos profiteering - I was disappointed but not surprised to see that your €75 buys you sweet €uck all actual Lego, empty box syndrome - this is moulded plastic after all.

    People should be aware that Oxford 'Lego' is a fraction of the price, is high quality and represents real value compared to Legos rip-off pricing where every year the boxes get bigger, more expensive but far lighter.

    Unlikely to help but youre not wrong. It all ends up in a drawer anyway. Lego do charge wayyyy too much.

    Really hate that Lego Friends stuff - the idea that Lego could and/or should be gender specific is disgusting to me. Just something to keep in mind, it's Lego, it's for everyone.

    Yep,exactly the same size as Lego and you wouldn't know the difference if it wasn't for the logo on Lego,quality is just as good too,I got some before for my daughter in Smyths,probably about half the price of the equivalent size Lego sets
    I cant post links yet but if you search 'oxford' on the smyths website you will see what they have

    My son received some Chinese made Lego type sets before, but while they did connect to the Lego pieces, they didn’t hold together like proper Lego, it was just a little off but enough that it ended up in the bin as it was just frustrating and the instructions were impossible to follow.

    However, if this Korean brand connected properly I would invest in the 1000 pieces for 50 Euro in Smyths as it seems like a good deal. But I would really want it to connect just like the real deal. Oh here’s the link to it in Smyths.
