    Hi I will be moving abroad next year either to teach English or to study. I was wondering has anyone lived in or visited the following places?

    Nice
    Strasbourg
    Poitiers
    Rhennes
    Toulouse
    Aix en Provence
    Avignon

    Any info would be helpful or any advice about living in France in General :)

    Strasbourg is a nice spot. Right on the German border. Quite Germanic in nature. Near the mountains etc. The weather wouldn't be the best there though.

    Nice - very very nice (no pun intended) but very very expensive
    Strasbourg - agree with previous post
    Toulouse - very friendly place, not far from beaches in south

    The rest I don't know
