Hi all Anyone know how much it would be to build a small Sunroom 16ft long by 14 ft wide in a semi detached house. Don't want to use a builder as husband can do groundworks, father can do windows and bro in law plumber. Looking online and see mad prices €40k plus not a hope we would have that kind of money. Anyone do it…

Hi all

Maybe E10K for materials if labour is pretty much free?

Also think long term...who's going to 'sign off' the build in compliance with Building Regulations and Planning (Exemption from Planning, if applicable)?
