Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I had to move my router there, & had to use a different splitter than the one UPC had installed. The values on the splitters are different, so can anyone tell me if these router stats are ok? (UPC 240Mb)

The DS power levels look a bit high (as expected with a splitter) but consistent over the channels which is good, signal to noise looks OK though and upstream power is also fine. Keep an eye on the DS power during the winter as these naturally increase in cold weather (due to increase in resistance of copper) but once it stays below 8 which it should you'll likely not have issues (the spec is +/-8 with 0 being optimal but modern docsis 3 CPE's are less sensitive to this now). You could test without the splitter to see the impact that is having for ref levels (use an F coupler to join the cables) and also ensure any outside joins & splitters are well sealed with self amalgamating tape (u can pick this up in halfords).
