Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

need help with the name of an object on web page

    Hi There I am currently designing a web page.

    I am a complete noob hoping to fill his spare time (now that i am unemployed). I am nearly finished but i would like to add one specific feature i see on many web pages. Except i don't know what it is called.

    If i know what it is called I can try to find some info on the net on how to create one.

    The object in question is a display of rolling images each image is a link to a different page. There is also text on each image.

    and here http://www.culch.ie/

    I am hoping someone out there can tell me the name of these objects.
    I tied carsouel of thumbnails but its not quit what I am looking for.
