How is a LVMD Charged?

Hi, I am planning to put in a business connection in Dublin, most likely it will be a NQH LVMD DG6. How exactly is a LVMD charged? And what regulator document does it come in? How is it charged on a NQH tariff when there is not constantly monitored like a QH? Any help is much appreciated.
