Broken boot and door lock!

Hey all! The lock for my boot is broken but i can open it from the outside, I can lock the driver side door but can't unlock it. Anybody know what's the best solution to fix it or who'd be the best to fix it? Car is a E36 318is

try some DW40 on the boot lock? it depends how it it's broken really

the door part: it might snapped so it could be solved by reaching the lock from the inside (taking off the doorcard) to fix the locked part
