Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Online shopping carts order fulfilment and dispatch management recommendations

    Hi all,

    I'm looking for recommendations for shopping cart software with good backend order fulfilment and dispatch management.

    I want to make sure that the correct products (particularly products with variations different colors, sizes etc.) are dispatched to customers. Basically, I want to do something along the lines of,

    Print out a list of each ordered product item and it's SKU barcode.
    Scan the SKU barcode on of the item on the list
    Scan the SKU barcode on the corresponding product
    Get an error message if the wrong product is selected

    Maybe it's a third party product I need to look for but any recommendations would be great.
