Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have got new Lenovo G505S laptop with Windows 8.1 and I keep losing internet connectivity.Troubleshooter tells me " The default gateway not connected" and it "reset wifi adapter". All is then fine for few mins until next time and so on. Anyone with solution?

you could try manually setting the default gateway to that of your network

I've read a few reviews of some Lenovo models complaining about very poor Wifi on them.

Maybe thats not the issue. Just throwing it in the mix.

How is the 505S otherwise. Its on my shortlist for a laptop. Is yours the A8?

It is an A8 and assumed it was laptop issue but used it in another area off different modem and absolutely no problem, so I am inclined to think it is a possible modem problem. At all times I am getting a strong wifi signal but I probably would not detect momentary glitch, other devices seem to have no problem(smatrphone, ipad) so am a bit perplexed??. The G505S otherwise is really good and am very pleased with it and have no other issues.

Ok. Sounds like an odd issue.
