Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Or just reset the modem yourself via the reset button on the back (pen required to press as the button is recessed).

I'm sure if you go on to their website you can find it as I've done it myself a few times just not recently.

Except he's tried what's on the website and that didn't work: "leave the username blank, enter "admin" for the password"

So it looks like the default password has been changed so the only way to get back into the router is for searbhonta to reset it.
