change gvw

    Hi guys,
    Gonna sound really stupid here but bought an ldv convoy minibus to convert, I was away on a break and got my dad to get one for me,
    However tonight I noticed that on the plate it says gvw of 3850kg,
    I only have a b licence ,
    am I snookered or is it possible to change this ? ,
    When all the seats come out etc even after conversion it's gonna be well within the 3500kg limit.
    Is there anything I can do apart from get a new licence ?
