Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anybody know if this route would be safe and busy around 10pm? Also, can anybody recommend a quiet hotel near Kings Cross station? Thanks.

Use the tube straight to Kings Cross, one stop down on the Northern line, walking distance to Jurys hotel

    Should be no real trouble

The London underground is very safe, day or night.

There are always plenty of people around, CCTV and guards at every station.

If you go via Paddington on the Heathrow express (or the connect which is cheaper) you want the circle line or hammersmith and city line for Kings cross, both lines go from the same platform at Paddington, which is pretty close to where the Heathrow trains come in. You will see signs for the H&C line and then jump on any east bound train (Right hand platform as you come down the stairs)
