Renault Scenic seat belt compatibility

Have just bought a 2010 Grand Scenic- new shape. Belts are damaged. Need passenger front And need 2 rear belts (each side- not the middle one) Are belts from other Renaults or say saloon or hatch meganes the same? Any help much appreciated as price of new is very high. Thanks Richard
