Ford Fiesta 2000 wipers fuse keeps blowing

Everytime you put in a 20amp fuse it works for ten minutes while driving and then blows. Keeps happening with new fuse. What would you suggest is wrong?

Could be a stiff linkage putting extra load on the motor. Try oiling any joint you can reach, and especially the two pivots at the base of the windscreen.
