Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any thoughts on a personal trainer. 2 stone of fat to lose. Also recovering from slipped disc and sprained ankle. Been lifting for good few years but inconsistently. Would it be worth the money for a couple of sessions? Any recommendations near the balbriggan area. Thanks

I don't know any good PTs in that area but I'm sure someone will.

But definitely worth the money having someone teach you correct form and check your application of it.
