Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Motorists heading for work could help catch a driver who hit and injured a cyclist in West Dublin before fleeing the scene, gardaí said today.

The 40-year-old cyclist received minor injuries when he was knocked from his bike on Willsbrook Road in Lucan by a dark coloured car on Wednesday morning.

The vehicle went in the direction of Ballyowen Road after the incident, which happened at around 7.23am.

“Gardaí would like to speak to anybody who was travelling on the Willsbrook Road at the junction with Mount Bellew estate and Esker Lane between 7am and 7.30am on Wednesday morning, October 31,” a Garda spokesman said.
