Speed limit review

Just listening to Newstalk, an interview with someone proberly Noel Brett from the road safety council (or whatever its called) saying speed limits will be reviewed over the next two years. Mike.

Well 2012 is an election year, so they will want it to be done as close to the election as possible, the Irish have a habit of having 'blanks' about things like that if they're done too early before the election.
