    So whats the deal with file sharing in this country??? Is there a site that deals with this???
    whats legal whats not??? if your downloading on Kazaa and running an network sniffer you can see all data passing through, how do you decode that, any programs or tips??? Thanks

    Don't forget many existing laws also apply to computers. eg: Copyright law still applies.
    The child pornograhpy law covers digitial medium too.
    Look up Data Protection Act etc. - any site will have this.

    If you are downloading on KAZZA good luck - about half the downloads are borked - viruses / other dodgy files - not sure on the legal position if someone downloaded porn by accident - 'cos the name was wrong.
