Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cannot get monies that I was left in a Will

    So my siblings and I were left a sum of monies in a will from a relative that died around three years ago, we had no copy of the will so I obtained a copy of the will about eighteen months ago from the court house.
    I have sent a few emails to the solicitor but have received no response as of yet, the executor of the will tells me that he has asked the solicitor several times to sort out the monies but nothing.

    It's not much money, couple of hundred each but it annoys me that it has not been sorted at this stage. others were left money and property, am fairly sure that they have everything sorted so that's why I'm a bit miffed.

    So the question's:
    1. Who is responsible for making sure that monies are distributed ?
    2. And if needs be where can I make a complaint ?
