Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Logitech G19 Gaming Keyboard Problems

My Logitech G19 Gaming Keyboard has this strange problem that I can't seem to fix.

When I hit the down arrow key, it prints * in a text box. The key also performs the down arrow key function at the same time.
Out of text boxes the down arrow key works as normal.

This is highly annoying in the likes of url bars.

    Anyone have any fixes?

Is your OS set to an Irish keyboard?

Yes. It is set to English (Ireland)

Have you tested all other keys and that's the only problematic one? That's weird, I don't know anything about the construction of keyboards but it definitely sounds like a hardware issue rather than the wrong keyboard settings

The one thing I know is that the keys are set out the American way i.e the @ key is above the 2.

Also € sign is on the 5 but works when you press ALT GR + 4

I emailed Logitech and they never got back after their first reply of "Have you tried plugging it in and out"

Nice, I would ask to send it back to them in that case, the onus is on them to test / fix something like that

I bought it on Adverts so I have no idea how much it would cost me!
