Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Froyo and root?

    Hi.
    Can anyone tell me if upgrading to Froyo has any implications on future ability to root/unroot etc.
    If i upgrade to Froyo can i just root it (with unrevoked say).

    Any good rooted Froyo roms that ye can suggest?
    Lastly, with rooted Froyo do you generally have to flash the radio separately?

    It'd be good if I knew what phone it was... :D Of it's the Wildfire, you can't root it with the OTA stock 2.2 ROM. Don't do it. :)

    you can always unroot, i went from rooted froyo back to unrooted eclair when i had an issue with the phone, plenty of info on unrooting on XDA-developers
