Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anybody familar with the car park behind Hueston Station. I am getting the 7.10 train to Galway in the morning and wanted to park there for the day.

Are there usually spaces there at 7 am? Is it far to walk to the platforms?

The website doesn't give opening and closing time.

    Thanks.

You will get a space in Heuston any time of the day. I've parked there at 16.40 on a Friday and got space. Not many spaces around at that time but i've never know it to be full.

I would allow 10 minutes to walk from your car to the booking office. However IE have now installed 3 ticket vending machines in the car park next to the car park pay machines.

    Or book your ticket on-line.

The morning train from Galway useta leave from one of the new platforms, 7 I think, so you should be able to walk from car park buy ticket at the new booking office down there and hop on train in only a few yards.

I've parked there at different times of the day and never had a problem. Short walk to platforms.
