Yes, it went up 20c about 2/3 weeks ago. It's crazy alright, the writing was on the wall though when it went to €2.80:mad:

    Will there be any restrictions?
(Can I buy booze and get the discount?)

The only restriction (besides one voucher per transaction) is no baby formula permitted - applies to Aldi & Lidl vouchers (EU regulations).

Up through the 90's and into the noughties I would have gotten 4 papers on a Sunday but with the interwoggie and free access to papers I cut that down gradually to just one - the Sunday Times, and I eventually got rid of that as well over a year ago.

I would have said the exact same except I got rid of ST when it went to €2.20!
Not great if the only reason to buy a paper is because of a coupon.
It's hard enough to buy €50 worth of groceries in Aidl or Lidl without buying booze!

Lidl + Aldi. Please find a new way to give out vouchers!

Agreed but Lidl have kangaroo steaks and ostrich steaks on Monday, never had them from lidl before but damn kangaroo is fantastic, ostrich is great too but quite heavy. That's 11euro and they have wild boar for 13euro, never tried it so might be interesting

I'll be trying those, so 14% off and with some veg and booze its win win.

I take it Tesco will accept these so two slabs of beer at €28 each will cover the spends and then €10 off:D

Every week we get €50-€60 worth of food from Lidl... so this is most welcome.

Staggering how expensive papers are nowadays.

I stopped buying papers about a year ago as well

Havn't bought the ST in protest since they put up a paywall. I'll buy both ST and SW tomorrow.

Mightn't spend E100 in LIDL, seeing as I spent a lot a week ago in Aldi with their vouchers, but I can always use the 2nd voucher in Tesco. Mind you with the way Tesco share price and market share is falling, I can't see them continuing to honour 3rd party vouchers for much longer.

Does the premixed formula fall under the EU regulations?

Formula does. Follow on milk from 6 months doesn't.
    I got 4 for 40 with 20%off.
Works out at €8 a box.

Is the 10 off 50 valid to use tomorrow as well? Planning on picking up the paper in the morning and heading to lidl in the afternoon

Do Tesco take Aldi & Lidl vouchers?
Thought it was only Supervalue & Dunnes.

Valid from Monday to Sunday so you would need last weeks or wait till
    Monday to use tomorrows.

Keep an eye out for Lidls in your area being refurbished and go in the days before it closes. I got 20% off your total shop vouchers last week. One per week for the next 6 weeks. It's like somebody handing you a fist full of cash.

Too late now it's closed, but i got them the evening before it closed doing a small shop, but i saw one guy getting vouchers for a couple of items so it didnt seem dependent on how much you spent.

    edit
valid in all republic of ireland lidls
