Gauging Interest in a Plus Size Consignment Shop

I'm seriously considering trying a Pop-Up shop in Dublin in 2013 for High End Plus Size. But longer term I would like to try high end consignment. I love the idea of a plus size vintage store. It's practically impossible to find plus size vintage clothing and I've heard amazing things about Re/Dress and would love to shop somewhere like that!
