    Lads, I'm totally disillusioned with Black Ops2, and have been thinking of buying BF3.
    Is it worth buying it now so far into its lifecycle ?
    Will I just be cannon fodder ?
    One or two of my COD friends are in the same boat.
    Its only €25 in Argos at the moment.

    If this is your first bf online you will find it a lot harder then cod but give it time and its better

    Don't really meet campers in bf3 as the maps way bigger and different game modes. Conquest is a game mode where you use teamwork and Its rare you meet campers in that.

    4000 ms points and you get everything very big updates dho.

    You can drive jeeps, tanks, light tanks, you can fly attack helicopters, troop helicopters, jets.

    Yes there's DLC.

    I mainly play Conquest which means you have to capture objectives and defend them, air maps are huge though. You will meet the occasional recon player with a sniper and a soflam (can lock on to enemy vehicles) hiding about.

    Dont bother with Premium, you might pick up a limited edition with Back to Karkland map pack and thats all you really need.Sure there's good weapons but if you really want to buy premium than buy MS points from cheapxboxcodes,it works out at around €37.Nobody really plays the new maps and there's 1 or 2 of the lads who we play with who dont have premium.
    There's a tonne load of videos and tutorials on youtube to help you out if want to get the most out of the game.Check out rivalxfactor and lvlcaps videos there pretty good for people starting out.
