Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Road Bike Tyres

They're both 700C tyres, so they're both the same size. Folding just means that it's easier to carry around a spare tyre with you. Which I never bother to do anyway.

If your rim/fork/mud-guard clearance can take the 28mm width tyre then it'd mean you could run a lower pressure which should be slightly more comfortable. I use 28mm tyres. You're probably not racing if you're putting on GatorSkins anyway!

Many road-bikes can't take 28mms though, so be careful.

It's annoying that different vendors mix up the model designations.

The Conti website is the best place to go.

There are only two clincher tyres with "Gator" in the title:

    Gatorskin
    Gator Hardshell

BTW, I've been riding 4 seasons for, well, 15 months now, and no punctures, and that includes a lot of pavé here in Belgium. Incredible tyres.
