Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

S4 battery starting to degrade, approx 15 months old.

    My battery recently has started to drain power very quickly, maybe getting 8hrs on a full overnight charge.
    Has anyone else noticed this on their S4?
    Also, could be be an app or something causing this?

    Modern mobile phone batteries are prone to degredation over time/use.
    generally 300 to 500 charge discharge cycles before the the battery starts to lose capacity.
    That said.
    Yes an app may be causing your issue, check your battery usage in settings.
    And also their was a batch of bad Samsung batteries released last year in phones sold between late July and early October.
    This is a known issue with a known affected batch number(I think the batch number is BD21.but I'm not certain).
    Easiest way to check is remove the battery and check for swelling.

    Just got an ota update, says stuff about battery usage improvement. ..hopefully this is a fix.

    For the low price they work pretty well. Delivery was about a month though.

    Yeah i purchased one of them off fleabay,its still sitting in my drawer im kinda afraid to use it incase it bursts in the phone or something!
    Are you using them long?
    Do they last long?
