Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

cb in campervans

    Just back from France where I was using cb to keep in contact as we went with my son,got to thinking how many have cb in the van and is there any channel preferred by campers.Might be nice to say hello while passing other vans on the road.

    We have one in the camper and also a hand held one so if one of us is out and about we can communicate instead of using the mobile phones. Haven't come across anyone else using it in campers on our travels though.

    I think I elaverty mentioned it in another thread. Seems to be a bit of resurgence with the recession. Its funny because everyone is broke the racer boys have ditched the levins, skylines and gtos for debadged VAG tdis with cb antenna.
