Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Does anybody know which company does Dell's on-site work?

    The last person that called out to me was just working for himself and contracted out by Dell directly. Not sure if they have a company running it all or not.

    there are two companies called JLS Technology and Getronics.However they only do the warranty work for Dell.They are based in Dublin but have staff throughout Ireland.However you still need to log a call through Dell at 1850543543:).Hope dat helps.Is your item under warranty?

    They do Sonys onsite aswell AFAIK
