SEAT Alhambra courtesy lights gone

    well, they're still THERE, but they don't work.

    the dash "door open" warning light comes on, but nothing else.

    the fuse is good.

    the three fuses in the box beside the battery are good.

    where do I look next?

    Not sure if it's still the same: the items you mention used to be controlled by a micro switch in the door lock receiver, it's a small thing so look carefully. If you find it try pressing it with something like a screwdriver and see if it makes a difference.

    There is usually a 3 way switch on dome lights.
    On off and on when door opens.

    I'm guessing that this is OK as the dash warning light comes on when any door is opened.

    A bit more detail on the car may help, year for example.

    Anything else not working? bootlid lamp, central locking ok?
