Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just finished changing rear shocks on my mk4 fiesta, but when i took the car down off the jack, the centre rod of the shock was sitting 1 1/2 inches too high at the point where the top nut is fastened in the boot

As a result the shock is doing nothing

    Any ideas?

For the 34 of ye that had a look at this thread, the problem was the position of the retaining clip to the top rubber mount
