Lawn mower stops when blades

    Hi I have a Castle garden ride on lawn mower
    I was mowing the lawn when engine stopped
    I turned off the blades and it started again
    engine is ok but when i press the button to turn
    the blades on the engine stops......any one come
    across this before...........THANKS

    sounds like one of those safety devices. is the box closed right and is the handbrake off and are you sittingon the chair

    Did you check under the blades to make sure there is no twine or rope twisted around the rotor? That would stall it!

    definatly safety switch sumwhere.check all the switches with multimeter and ull find ur problem...

    i got my mower fixed with a lad near drogheda he was great ang cheap too.
