This is far, far worse than the Rodney King affair. One cop breaks his hand with a punch to the defendant's head and files charges against him for aggravated violence ......... tazered multiple times ....... even when in hospital cuffed, leg shackled and hog tied. Now this innocent man is being kept in jail 'til the statute of limitations runs out (and he can't sue). The whole story is being done by an ex State Trooper who got fed up with the corruption etc and doesn't seem to have an axe to grind.

Just the still of the video is sickening and I've watched a heck of a lot worse.

Someone watch the video, does it show the actual abuse?

The Thomas Crown Affair wasn't too bad though.

There is a maximum IQ limit for joining the police in (parts) of the US. Maybe not explicitly stated in the manual but they don't seem to like taking on reasonable fellas who can think for themselves

This won't be a problem if people didn't brake the law

Yea it's a crappy thing to do and the officers should be done for it, but 5 police cars following you with lights and sirens on??? You know you got to fkn pull over!

But correct procedure wasn't followed so any case would be thrown out right? And he should be able to sue for damages right?

I can never understand why the police of any country are allowed to curse/swear while on duty. In no other line of work are employees allowed to verbally abuse and swear at their clients or customers.

    watch the video

he was pulled over through mistaken identity for a fender bender that the police didnt deem important enough to write up a report about

he can't sue for damages til he gets out of jail, and he's going to be kept in jail til the statute of limitations where he CAN sue has expired

If he gets out before the statute of limitations. Both appeals to parole turned down on flimsy incorrect terms.
