Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Why in the middle of the day is RTE 1 doing their continuity in irish only. It is not Paddys day yet.

Another feeble attempt to foist irish upon those that don't want it?

Why? What happened to TG4? Is it really nessasary to have more than 1 irish language station?

Except that nasally continuity guy in the afternoon who's so bad, we've decided he must be the DG's son. Absolutely the worst they've ever had. He sounds like he has a very bad head cold.

Don't get me started on him... Helen Leonard is even worse though - she does the RTÉ Two weather as well. Her voice is so childish.
What a nasty thing to say but it's true :)

Yeah, but you'd still do her.

    Yeah, what torture.

I take it you don't speak Irish so you will be spared the cringe of hearing RTÉ continuity announcers for a while. I do speak Irish and they're just as bad in it as they are in English.
