Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Wrong finish date on P45

    I finished my job on Wed the 21st of Sept

    I was due to be paid on the Friday, but I got nothing, then had to chase my boss for over 2 weeks to get the balance of my pay

    He kept saying it wasnt ready for me to collect, then said my it would be posted to me on Friday Sept 30th. I asked on the Friday if it was sent and he said yes.

    Nothing arrived by the following Tuesday, so I called, and he said it never left the other store, so I should come in and collect it. Went in on Wed, he wasnt there. Went back in yesterday [Oct 6th] and finally got it.

    But the finish date has October 7th on it. and now hes blankin all my calls / msgs

    I made a JSB appointment on Thurs the 22nd and he said it's backdated to the date on my P45


    Is your date of cessation supposed to be the day you finished up, or the date of your last payment?

    Your p45 should indicate the last date you were payed.Also you are perfectly intitled to sign on on you first day of unemployment.
    Your jsb claim will start from the date on the p45.
