Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,
I got a letter the other day from the rent allowance department saying that I have been eligible for the rent allowance (thank god!)
But they failed to include a cheque in the letter, and did not say where/when/how do I collect money?? I have been on hold to the freephone number I have been given for 1hr and 20mns already. It is an absolute joke to get in touch with them.
I am already in arrears in my rent and want to pay the landlord asap.

Could any of you kind people guide me in the right direction?
