Hi, I have a problem, I was hoping someone would be able to help. And I hope that by asking this question that I don't break any rules..i'm kinda new to this

Anyway, whenever I play past prgrammes from the rte payer or 4od, on my laptop, they work perfectly with great quality if i play them using a small screen, but if I expand it to full screen mode, the picture quality becomes very poor, it gets kinda jumpy, but the sound is perfect, but the problem is, the sound is sometimes ahead of the movement.

But if I watch the same videos on my pc, they're perfect, no problems at all. So my question is why is it that when I play videos on my laptop on full screen mode, that its nearly impossible to watch them because the picture is slow, jumpy or in some cases freezes?

I would appreciate any help anyone can give. Thanks!
