Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Not sure if its the right forum, sorry mods.
After a link that was posted about the worldwide currency in another forum my oh noticed something in the picture that i'm hoping someone can explain for me!

    http://pics.livejournal.com/a_kolesnichenko/pic/00021ace/

On every single coin, including this proposed coin, theres a symbol like 2 'L's or upside down sevens! on the one above its just under the 1 on the left hand side.

    Any ideas what it is?

    monogram of the designer?

"Also two medals struck by the Royal Belgian Mint and designed by Luc Luycx"

It's not a real coin. The Belgian Treasury/Mint makes money selling special sets of medals and non-currency commemorative coins.

Luc Lucyx was the designer of the Belgian national side of the euro coins now in circulation.
