Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Also, lol @ this from the Beeb...

"This season, finishing fourth may guarantee you nothing except a week of sleepless nights and a temporary membership of the Bayern Munich supporters club."

Delighted Benayoun is starting, he'll give us what we need here.

I reckon 2-0 Stoke though. They'll score around 65, shut up shop and then catch us on the break around 85' or so when we're pushing on.

Id we want third though this is a must win tbh.

Absolute scum booing and jeering Ramsey when he went down and everytime he touches the ball.

I will be very happy the day they go down.

Bad form from the neanderthals doing it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,477 ✭✭✭✭cson

I really really hope Ramsey scores against them and does an Adebayor-esque slide in front of their neanderthal fans.

As arseblog says "Their fans don’t like us very much after we hurt their feelings by being upset that one of their players smashed Aaron Ramsey’s leg in two."

    Its madness.

Should have just used the magic sponge and soldiered on. Instead he made the most of it and made Poor ickle Ryan Shawcross cry.

While the booing of Ramsey is awful, Stoke probably have the best fans in the league. You'll always get that kind of stuff, like Liverpool fans booing Evra and so on.

Good gameweek so far anyways, loads of goals, still see this being a draw though.

they seem to be stuck in the 70s and love a great over the top full force 2 foot tackle 50/50s and tackles from behind and their fans love this crap!

Every tackle HAS to be a crunching full speed potential leg breaker.

And their fans demand this & their players relish in it

It's completely fcuking different to Liverpool fans booing Evra. They didn't believe him. What, do the Stoke players not believe Ramsey or something? There fans are disgraceful.

There's nothing wrong with loving a full blooded tackle tbh. And I would agree that Stoke fans generally do travel very well.

But booing a player because one of your players broke their leg is pathetic tbh.

I thought someone might call me up on that, but that wasn't my intention. I was only saying that opponent fans have no problem booing players, regardless of what happened.

    My apologies.
