Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    – Bray Wyatt kicks off the WWE Battleground “go-home” edition of WWE SmackDown by coming to the ring to cut a promo. Roman Reigns ends up appearing on the big screen and brags about beating Wyatt all over Atlanta, Georgia. He also mocks Wyatt for running from him. Reigns and Dean Ambrose vs. Sheamus and Big Show is announced as the tag-team main event for later in the show.

    – The New Day def. The Lucha Dragons in tag-team action. The Prime Time Players were on commentary for this, our first match of the evening, which The New Day won when Big E. scored the pinfall for his team.

    – King Barrett def. Jack Swagger in singles competition. Barrett picked up the “W” by way of his Bull Hammer Elbow for the 1-2-3. After the match, R-Truth came out and cut a promo for their WWE Battleground Kickoff Show match this Sunday night.

    – Cesaro def. Rusev in one-on-one action. This was said to be a very good match that was given a lot of time. The fans in Birmingham were said to be very much into this match from bell-to-bell.

    – Neville def. Stardust in singles competition. This was said to be a pretty basic match, although the crowd was super into both guys, including Stardust despite his heel antics.

    – A video recap is shown of the NXT Divas debuting on Monday’s RAW. Sasha Banks, Naomi and Tamina cut a promo backstage and reveal that their team name is “Team B.A.D.,” which stands for “Best At Dominating.”

    – Roman Reigns & Dean Ambrose def. Big Show & Sheamus via Disqualification in the tag-team main event of the evening. The DQ took place when Bray Wyatt interfered in the match. Reigns and Ambrose ended up making a comeback and cleaned house to end SmackDown and send the fans home happy.

Cesaro winning is a good sign. Hope the Diva's promo establishes Sasha's motivations.

Could Sheamus' booking as MITB winner be any worse?

    Barrett's booking as King. :P

It has been said in the past on this forum that titles and briefcases are largely anchors in WWE.

    Found this surprisingly good:

Sasha's charisma translates well to main roster TV. BAD seems like the most cohesive and defined at first sight in terms of roles.

Seemingly the babyfaces will be named under the reused Freaks and Geeks moniker.I will be REALLY impressed if they are more than a collection of individuals. NOT expecting the female Shield in the slightest. The promos could easily bad as Becky isn't confident in herself or her accent while Charlotte is just awkward.

The Lucha Dragons vs. New Day & Cesaro vs. Rusev are worth the watch.
