Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Fishing In Galway City

    Hey guys.
I'm living in Galway nearly 2 years now and I want to start fishing again.

I've done some fishing afew years ago down in Leitrim; i'm pretty average.
I was wondering where are some good spots to fish in Galway city?

I don't have a boat so it would be from the shore. I will be using a spinning rod.
I don't have a car and Salthill would be as far as I could travel. I love fishing and cannot wait to start again.

Any advice is much appreciated. :)

    Hey,
there are some good spots locally around Galway, and plenty of fishermen in the area too,
Best is to contact the local fishing club, and they will put you onto the right places as well as get you meeting up with local anglers in the area..

all contact information can be found on the website
