Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I did my test 4 times in Rathgar Test Centre and didn't pass. A few Irish instructors told me it's all about rasicm, and I do believe them because I did very good, all questions was right, I was good on the street as well but he put me fail on purpose. He didn't expect, I was asking him why he put all these cross he didn't really answer me, I even told him that you fail me because am from a different country and he was just smiling. How people can be short cut mind and behave like this. For me personally I would prefer to not go there a 5th time. Will prefer to book a test somewhere else.

I got failed six times in Raheny. It wasn't because of my race or gender, it was because on each of the days I got too many boxes ticked.

Any instructor who encouraged you to think you failed because of racism shouldn't be working as an ADI in my opinion.

    Hi,

Absolute rubbish. Maybe that is one of the reasons why there are above average angry arguments post-tests in some Dublin test centers with driving instructors promoting such rubbish.

Next time, contact the RSA with the ADI's name and number. That is inciting racial hatred.

Take some lessons with a proper instructor who does not make excuses for his failures.

Interestingly and honestly, I can say that I have had more people of a foreign nationality or of clearly foreign descent then I have Irish people pass in Rathgar.
In more simple terms. I have had more people with foreign accents or skin colour pass in Rathgar then 'Irish' people.
I agree with JR in that it is a bad instructor who will blame racism.
